How to Play:
Casino war starts with each player placing bets. After the bets were placed, the player and the dealer receive one card each. If the players card is higher than the dealer card, he wins even money. In an opposite situation, the player loses.
If both cards have even value, the player has to choose between losing half his bet or go to war against the dealer. If the player chooses to go to war, he doubles his original bet. The dealer burns three cards and deals a second card to both of them. If the players card either higher or equal to the dealers card, he wins his additional bet. If the players card is lower than the dealers card, he loses all his bets.
Some of Las Vegas casinos offer an extra bonus, usually the same amount of the original bet, in cases of two ties in a row. Another option in case of first even cards is a side bet or a tie bet, which pays 10:1. In some online casinos, casino war is played with more than six card decks.
