The Las Vegas based gaming company Ameristar Casinos announced its plans to release the company earnings report from the first quarter of 2006 on May 4 at 4 pm Eastern Time. The report release will be followed by a conference call scheduled to 5 pm Eastern Time.

Ameristars conference call will be replayed from May 4 at 8 pm until May 12 at 3 am. The live conference call will be also available on the internet at the company website. Participants in the conference call will be required to ensure their participation before 5 pm.

Ameristar Casinos, Inc. is one of the biggest gaming and entertainment companies in Las Vegas. The company was formed in Jackpot, Nevada in 1954. Ameristar now owns and operates seven casinos in six countries.
