The executive chief of Racing NSW continues his battle against Northern Territory based sportsbooks even though he was threatened by International All Sports with legal acts. Peter VLandys claims that those corporate sportsbooks profits do not remain in the local business.

VLandys received a letter from International All Sports on January 27 regarding his sayings at The Form interview. There he accused the corporate sportsbooks of being pirates who steal bets.

VLandys was advised by his legal staff not to mention International All Sports specific name in the interview. Still, IAS required an apology from his company Racing NSW in general and from VLandys in particular. VLandys declared he did not feel intimidated by IAS threats.
