Kicking off on June 4th until June eighth runs the World Poker Tournament with the finals being televised on the 8th of June. This is a 10,000 dollar entry fee with a spot in the World Championship of Poker as first prize. Plus all the month of May The Mandalay Bay will be holding various satellite tournaments of poker and Texas Holdem all month.

Coming live to the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay will be Ministry and The Revolting Cocks on May 16, 2006 and then in another week and a half Ice Cube comes with Tha Dogg Pound on May 27th.

Featured on the main stage at Mandalay Bay will be some outstanding performers and performances. The Beach Boys will perform on July 2nd and Pat Benatar will play on July the 22nd. Also coming to the Mandalay Bay this summer will be The Go Go's and Styx ad Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band, Def Leppard, Journey, Reo Speedwagon, the Doobie Brothers as well as Shakira and Wyclef Jean.
