Giving away free gas is not a new promotion, radio stations have had gas giveaways for as long as I can remember. Normally it is announced last minute that the first 20 people to get to a specific gas station will get a certain amount of free gas. The amount is usually the radio stations number, so 923 would give away $9.23 for each car.

But this promotion is much more then just a few dollars in gas. A West Virginia casino is giving one of its lucky players an entire 9000 gallon tanker of gas. If you do not own a car or do not have a place to store a tanker full of gas that is ok you can take $15,000 in cash.

With the current fuel prices the tanker of gas is valued to be around $30,000.

According to a casino spokesperson the gas is enough for you to drive around the globe almost 8 times if your car gets 22 miles to the gallon, just think of all the trips to the video store that would be.

Players can earn entries for the gas give away by going to the casinos race track this Friday and next Friday and the drawing will be held on April 18th, anyone can join the raffle for free but only 1 entry per person.

The winner will not be given an actual tanker full of gas. The winner will be provided with gift cards for the 9000 gallon gasoline prize.
