Computer Crash Angers Gamblers

Many gamblers were angered the other day when one of Pennsylvanias new casinos

A computer malfunction at a Philadelphia slots parlor had many gamblers up in arms on Monday.

Computer problems were the cause of people frustrations. The computers froze causing the new casino from being able to make payout, at least not right away.

Not only was the temperature outside bellow freezing, but most customers inside the casino felt like they were left out in the cold when their slot machines froze up.

Those people looking to win a fortune at the casino in Chester Pennsylvania had no luck that night.

The problem occurred when the casino was doing a reboot to their system. According to customers in the casino at the time say about 60% if the slot machines went down while players were using the machines and the frozen machines would not allow any payouts.

"I have been here four hours, can I at least get a meal, you can't even get a meal," said one of the people who had to stay there for several hours to get her money.

Some customers left without their money, while others took their chances and waited things out.

One person stayed in the casino for 2 hours just to get her payout of twenty dollars.

The casino said that even though the machines froze up the casino was still able to catch the activity on them and that all jackpots would be verified and paid to those players.
