Commit a crime involving gambling, and Missouri will ban you from all the areas casinos.

The Missouri gaming Commission has started adding names to its list of people who are banned for all of the areas casinos, this is the first time in many years this is being done

The list is called the exclusion list, and I the past it was used by the commission to make sure cheaters and members of organized crime did not get into the casinos, but now it will include people such as the 2 recent criminals who were found guilty of felony theft, according to the St Louis post, one of the local papers.

The two were carpet installers who received payment for work they never did and they lost all the money for the jobs in the casinos, and last month the commission decided unanimously to ban them.

According to the executive director of the state run gambling commission, if anyone is found guilty of a crime with any involvement to gambling there name will be reviewed and considered for banning.

Anyone who has been placed on the banned list and is found in one of the areas casinos will immediately be taken into custody and charged with trespassing which is a call B misdemeanor.

The commission is also trying to make the penalties for all gambling related crimes harsher.
