Group plans to build massive casino off the coast of Miami

The Cala Corporation, which trades under the ticker symbol CCAA, has completed its plants to attempt to build a 400 million dollar luxury destination casino three miles off the Miami coastline.

The UnderSea Resort will feature an amazing 600 luxurious suites, plus a 50,000 square foot casino, and a world class spa featuring the same amount of ground space as the casino itself. Also in the new casino will be 6 different food and beverage outlets in the vicinity, also there will be an on site golf ball driving range, with another 100,000 square feet of meeting rooms and banquet space, as well as an on site helicopter service with 2 helicopters and approximately a 50,000 square foot undersea aquarium observatory space, obviously underwater.

The offshore gaming market in Florida has been well established for over 40 years, generating in excess of 10 billion dollars in gaming revenues for the state of Florida since the year 1965. The company also has plans to build themselves to become the largest offshore casino operator in the area as well as the largest offshore timeshare developer in Florida

Floridas offshore gambling sites are a huge deal when viewing them from the Caribbean side of the waters, but when viewed from Stateside the casinos are pretty much unheard of and still bring in so much money for the state of Florida.

At the moment before much else can happen, the Cala Corporation is waiting the SECs response regarding the proxy filing with EDGAR, a state government agency.
