Attack at Casino Caught on Tape

A malicious thief walked coolly out of Brisbanes Treasury Casino shortly after he cruelly attacked and stole from a woman while she played the slots.

The attack happened in the vicinity of Friday evening June 16, on the lower level floor of the casino.

The casinos cameras show what the Brisbane landmark have labeled the most bold and spineless assault they have ever seen at their casino.

The closed circuit cameras caught the smartly dressed man walking into the slots room; choose his prey and then viciously throw her to the floor before taking money from her purse.

As the middle aged woman lay stunned and injured on the floor, the thief just calmly walked out of the building as though he had been just another gambler.

The head of security for the casino has decided to release the footage to The Sunday Mail to help catch the thief.

The casino really wants to catch this crook. Never before had they ever seen anything like this attack at their hotel casino.

The casino is trying to provide a safe and friendly environment and it is shocking to everyone that this could happen right in the middle of a casino.

The woman victim plays regularly at the casino and is extremely upset by the incident.

Camera footage shows that he walked calmly and slowly to the exit on Elizabeth Street then across the road before finally taking of at a full run towards George Street.

The casino said that from previous footage in the day the attacker had been in the casino for a few hours.

This was a violent robbery and the police are asking that if anyone has any information to the whereabouts of the individual to please give them a call.

A spokesman for the police said that they are treating the crime seriously and the investigation will continue.
