The huge casino has been structured to home high rollers from Asia.  The casino set up is also likely to be attractive to tourists who love gambling.

Another interesting plan of the casino is that some of the croupiers at the casino tables are set to be wearing nose rings and blue wigs to suit the punk-rock theme.

Notably, the huge new casino in Macau is a part of the $US2.1 billion ($3.03 billion) City Of Dreams casino development based in Macau.  Though the Hard Rock-themed restaurants have declined in growth in Australia, the idea has resurged in Asia.  It should be noted that there are three Hard Rock casinos in the US.

The final touch of the City Of Dreams project, owned by Mr. Packer's joint-venture company, Melco Crown Entertainment, is getting done after the construction work got over earlier this month. It is expected that approximately 520 gaming tables and 1350 poker machines will be up in the casino for operation in the first week of June.

The joint venture has also come up materializing a 380-room Hard Rock-themed hotel and a Crown Towers hotel.

Lawrence Ho, the co-chairman of Mr. Packer's reported that the list of their achievements are exceeding rapidly. He also added that their success has come up a long way breaking barriers of recession.

Mr. Packer is awaiting the success story of City Of Dreams.  He is probably planning to invest his fortune and the fortunes of Crown shareholders' funds in the venture. It should be noted that the Crown has a 37% stakes in the Melco Crown!
