Flip Cup
Flip Cup is a drinking game, and is quickly becoming a very popular game at keg parties, but you are not going to find this game in the casinos.
The object of the game is to have you team flip their cups before the other team. Each player starts off with a 16 ounce plastic cup a quarter of the way full of beer. When the race begins the first person on each team will quickly drink their beer and place the cup on the edge of the table. The player will then attempt to flip the cup 90 degrees so that the cup lands upside down. Once a player has managed to flip their cup so that it remains standing upside down the next player on their team will start to drink their beer, this continues until one team has finished.
The team that completes the round first is the winner. The losing team must finish the beer in their cups, and then they have to drink the penalty drink. What beverage and the size of the penalty drink is up to you to decide, but it must be agreed upon by all the players before the game starts.
I have seen a pitcher of beer or a 16 ounce cup of vodka for the penalty cup, but you can use anything you want.
All you need to play flip cup is:
• 10 players, 5 for each team, this is up to you. You can have 8 or 12 people it really does not matter.
• A long plastic table, lots of beer will get spilled during Flip Cup so if you do not have a plastic table and you do not want the table you have to get ruined then wrap in with plastic table clothes
• 1 cup per player
• A keg of beer, this is not a game I recommend playing with cans of beer. A ¼ cup at a time may not seem like much, but believe me it goes fast.
