Roulette strategy may not be something you can prepare for; however, it is mostly based on assumptions of turnaround and eventual numbers that will show up when the spin stops.

The program which supports the results of the RNG is programmed in a loop to show up a certain number for the “Nth time.”   Say, if the RNG has 10,000 different series of dealing programmed, then unless you know your “Nth” position in the 10,000 different series coded you might not be able to manipulate the result in any way; however, the advantage in roulette stays with the possibility where you can split your bet between numbers for the same spin.  Since you are going to bet on a batch of numbers you will have a chance of winning some how if the number that shows up will be the one within the preferred range.

Thought direct manipulation is not possible, you can tactically place your bets, like eventually splitting your bankroll on an “all even” or “all odd” bet or “both” or for a combination of “other kinds of bets.”

The returns might not be very huge with such method of play, but experience can teach you how to deal with the betting to make a reasonable winning.
