The Great Game of UNO

UNO is a fantastic game that can be played for days on end without anyone winning or it can be wound up in a matter of minutes. Turning this into a gambling game is easy and is very fun to make small bets with your friends over the outcome of the game or other components in the play of the game.

The Basics of UNO

To start, each player is dealt 7 cards, the rest of the cards are placed face down to form the draw pile. The top card of the draw pile gets turned over to become the first card in the discard pile. The first player must match the first discard by either color or number to play, as well as a Wild Card, if he cannot, then that player must draw a card and if he can play it, then plays it, if not then the player to the left of him plays.

The winner is usually the first player to reach 500 points, however you can play the reverse and the points in your hand are allotted to you and the first player to reach 500 points becomes the loser and the player with the fewest points wins.
